Because we ship directly from our global partners in China to provide you with the best value, shipping times may vary.

• Standard Shipping: 7 to 15 business days.

• Order Processing: 1 to 3 business days (Handling & Quality Check).

Please note: During peak seasons (Holidays) or extreme weather, shipping may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a Tracking Number. You can track your package directly through our website on the [Track Your Order] page.

3. Shipping Costs

5. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office (USPS) first. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at support@vantio.shop and we will resolve the issue.
